Tell us about your plans.
Complete a free brief in about 10 minutes. Tell us where you operate, who you serve and the two to five areas you’re considering. Your answers save as you go.
You can optionally share customer counts by postcode to help us understand your current reach. We do not need customer names or personal records.

Agree the scope and price.
We check whether suitable evidence is available, then send a written quote confirming the areas, deliverables, fee and timing. If we can’t do a useful study, we’ll tell you up front.
Accept the quote and we’ll send an invoice, payable by bank transfer within 7 days. Work begins when payment clears.

Receive a reviewed study.
We compare the areas, check the competitor evidence and test what could change the recommendation. Every report is reviewed before release.
You receive a PDF and comparison spreadsheet, usually in about 5 working days once payment clears. We confirm the timing in your quote.

Before you start.
Do I need to know exactly where I want to go?
You’ll need two to five towns or suburbs to compare. If your plans are still taking shape, email us first and we can discuss whether a study would be useful.
What if none of the areas looks suitable?
We’ll explain why the evidence does not support a shortlist and identify the questions that need resolving. The study follows your agreed brief; it does not promise a successful location.
Can you help with a particular property?
The standard study compares areas. Checks on a specific property can be scoped separately. Tell us what you have in mind in your brief.
Is submitting a brief a commitment?
No. The brief is free and without obligation. You decide whether to accept the written quote. You can cancel any time before work starts for a full refund.
