This policy explains how Site Intelligence (ABN 79 697 552 346) handles the information you give us. We collect only what we need to prepare your location study.

What we collect

• Your business name, your name, your email address, and your business's street address.
• Your answers to the brief.
• If you choose to give them, the number of your customers in each postcode. If you upload a file, it's read in your own browser and only the postcode counts are sent to us. The file itself, and any names or details in it, never leave your computer.
• A one-way scrambled form of your internet address, used only to limit spam and abuse.
• Emails you send to tom@siteintelligence.com.au.

Please don't send us patient or member names, dates of birth or health information. We don't need them and don't ask for them.

How we use it

To prepare and deliver your study, to contact you about it, to send your quote and invoice, and to improve the service. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

How we contact you

The website doesn't send automatic emails. Tom Moore contacts you personally from tom@siteintelligence.com.au, and you'll be given a private link to your brief and report on the website.

Who else handles it

• Our website hosting provider stores your brief and report.
• Our business email provider stores the emails between you and Tom.
• When you search for your address, only that address text is sent to the Victorian Government's address service (Vicmap).
• We invoice you and you pay by bank transfer; your bank and ours process that payment. We don't take card payments at present. If we add card payments later, a payment provider will process them, we'll never see your full card details, and we'll update this policy first.

Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.

How long we keep it

Draft brief links expire after 14 days, submitted-brief links after 90 days, and download links after 30 days. Link expiry doesn't delete your saved study. Email us at any time to ask for correction or deletion.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing tom@siteintelligence.com.au. If you're not happy with how we handle a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
