Email Tom your clinic's address and up to three suburbs you're considering. He'll send you one page that shows, for each suburb:

• the physio clinics we've mapped nearby;
• roughly how many people live there, from the 2021 Census;
• how much it overlaps with the area around your current clinic.

It's free, there's no obligation, and you don't need to send any patient information.

What the full study gives you

• A shortlist of up to three areas worth pursuing, from the two to five you nominate, and the reasons for each.
• Who's already there. The nearby physio clinics are named, with their advertised services and the date we checked each one. Anything we couldn't confirm is shown, not hidden.
• Who lives there. Residents, age groups and household income from the 2021 Census, compared with the area around your current clinic.
• How much it overlaps with your current clinic, so you don't simply move your own patients across.
• What would change the answer. We re-run the comparison with bigger and smaller areas and different priorities.
• What to check next. The streets to visit, the clinics to look at and the questions to ask local referrers.

You get a clear PDF report plus the full comparison as a spreadsheet. See the sample report: a fictional clinic with made-up patient numbers, using real northern Melbourne data.

What it doesn't do: it doesn't forecast patient numbers, revenue or profit, and it doesn't search for available premises. Checks on a specific property can be quoted separately.

Price, guarantee and payment

A$995, fixed, for our first few clinics (our founding fee). After that, studies are from A$1,495, quoted to your scope. Prices include GST.

Our guarantee: if the study does not give you a shortlist of areas you would act on, email tom@siteintelligence.com.au within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the full fee.

How payment works

1. You tell us about your clinic and the suburbs you're considering. It's free.
2. We send you a written quote with the areas, what's included, the fee and the timing.
3. If you accept, we email an invoice. You pay by bank transfer within 7 days. Card payments are coming later.
4. Work starts when your payment arrives. Your report usually arrives within about 5 working days of your payment clearing.

Common questions

Do I need to share patient data?

No. If you want, you can share how many patients you have in each postcode; that helps us map where your current patients come from. Never send names, dates of birth or health details.

Is this a forecast?

No. It compares areas using your priorities and public data, to help you decide where to look. It doesn't predict patients, revenue or success.

I'm not in the inner north. Can you still help?

Possibly. Our current sample covers northern Melbourne. For your chosen areas we check what local data exists before we quote, and we'll tell you if we can't do a proper job.

Can I pay by card?

Not yet. We invoice you after you accept the quote, and you pay by bank transfer. Card payments are coming later.
